Data We Access

This app accesses the following data from your Shopify store:

• Orders (order details, customer name, shipping address, payment method)
• Fulfillments (to trigger shipment creation)

How We Use Your Data

Order and customer data is used exclusively to create shipment announcements with BH Pošta Express (BHPostExpress API). We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the shipping integration service.

Data Storage

We store the following data in our database:

• Order ID, order number, and customer name
• Shipment ID and tracking number returned by BHPostExpress API
• Shipment status updates
• API credentials you enter in app settings (stored encrypted)

We do not store full customer addresses or payment details beyond what is required to create a shipment.

Third-Party Services

This app integrates with the BHPostExpress API operated by BH Pošta d.o.o. Your shipment data (recipient name, address, order amount) is transmitted to BH Pošta to create shipment announcements. Please refer to BH Pošta's privacy policy for information on how they handle your data.

Data Retention

Shipment records are retained for as long as you have the app installed. When you uninstall the app, your store data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
